Please allow 1-2 working days for order processing. Please refer to the product description for production time for the item that you have ordered. Most orders will be shipped using UPS ground shipping unless otherwise noted. Please allow 5-7 days for transit time using UPS ground shipping. All charges will be calculated by UPS and added to your final bill. Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Our products are made to order so items can NOT be returned or refunded. Please inspect outer packaging for damage upon delivery and notify the delivery driver immediately of any carton or product damage. Products damaged in transit should be reported to the shipping carrier and follow their claim procedures. Any manufacturing defects or damage must be reported within 3-5 working days from receipt of your product. NO EXCEPTIONS. Details regarding the replacement of your product will be resolved upon notification. No refunds will be issued. Please note that products can not be returned or refunded for incorrect sizes.
